Autopsy: Totten died of diabetes complications (Northwest Florida Daily News)

Former Fort Walton Beach High School coach Ray Totten, who was found dead on the day his child molestation trial was to begin, died of natural causes.An autopsy report turned over to Fort Walton Beach police earlier this week states Totten died of "complications of diabetes."Totten, 47, faced 65 counts of lewd and lascivious molestation.His trial was set to begin Oct 8.
